| Post subject: | Wrist pain from backhand training |
I tried to improve my backhand (from December to January) and unfortunately started using a heavier blade with it. Eventually stopped using that blade. Still feeling wrist pain even with old lighter bats. Any recommendations or is it just to stop playing and rest? |
