Honestly, until I see concrete evidence about this, I shall stick to my belief that Joo is not using Dtechs. :@

Pro Tour Grand Final Macau....Joo se Hyuk vs. Zhang Jike

20:20 - 20:26

DEFINITELY not TSP P1-R, looks like D.TecS

personally i think he plays better with P1-R, he is more agressive with his backhand....im sticking with it :)

At my meal with Kim Taek So he told that Joo was trying a tibhar long pimple, and I had a brain fade and could not think of what a tibhar LP was. But Taek So said Joo was not happy with it and was still looking for a new LP. NO idea what was wrong with P-1. I asked Taek So to get Joo to try Guillotine sadly he said he did not think the quality of Xiom was high enough. But Taek So did try my blade with Xoim on both sides and liked it but said it ws too fast.

And BTW at our pre Easter tournament Jong Han our Korean ex Olympic squad member and head coach borrowed my blade for a game against a top junior just for fun and said the Yanus so very spiny and once he got use to the speed of the Guillotine he played it very well. So he likes it.

Taek So is back here in a month I will get an update on rubbers then.

Also Taek raved about Tenergy rubbers and most top players here use it now including Jong Han

Also I asked about Rhu se Min using Xiom now only sponsored for clothing not equipment, his choice not Xiom.

It is very possible I simply have no idea how things appear in video, however watching the video of Joo vs. Boll on iTTV at the Volkswagen Cup, it very much looks like he has inverted on both sides? There are various points during the match where the camera focuses on Joo and you can see him twiddling with his paddle before a serve or between games to see both sides close up. I can provide screen shots if needed, but hopefully people have watched this video.

The match against Boll is up on the itTV and he is using LP, looks like D.Tecs. Take a look at 23:20-23:25.

Since he beat Boll for the first time ever, he must have been using D.Tecs. :)
