Hi all,

I have just started getting into video editing so thought I would start
with Table Tennis Vids

This is my latest addition, let me know what you think.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEJgiyj_QxQ

This was my first - quality could have been a lot better on this one but I did not realise how much youtube decreased the quality.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzCOLM759WA

Anyway let me know what you think, all comments welcome even if you think it is crap :)

Great job of editing, I especially like the back ground music.
Thanks for sharing.

What software are you using for the editing?

Good job, the music was quite dramatic :) I'd actually already seen this up on youtube, but I didn't realize it was you. Have you uploaded the match against Kreanga yet?

You know, it is amazing that there are so many people here with so much different talents, not just in table tennis, but in every day life not necessarily related to table tennis.

My world opens up so much after joining this great friendly and full of talented users forum, of course, including me. Counter looping with a long pip is counted as a special talent too, right.

In a short 4 months time, I have experienced and learned:

1. Editing and uploading videos for public viewing. My two kids were so surprised and so amazed by what I did.
2. Different ways of separating top sheets and sponges without destroying them.
3. Hard and soft sponges, short, medium and long pips and their variations.
4. Different ways and materials of tuning your rubbers.
5. Learned new terms on describing, such as dwell time, low/ high flow rubbers, etc.
6. Most of all, I have learned a little more how to express my opinion clearly than before. Not as good as some of the frequent users, but learning fast.

Thats a lot you have learned tatlwai! ( you type better english than i do)

Joo Se Kev, the Waldner Kreanga match was quite poor becuase Waldner was playing rubbish. Almost finished a waldner career highlights though. Basically taken all the old footage and remastered the quality with colour correction etc..

Shouldnt be too long now, I might do the Kreanga Waldner match but will need some serious editing to make it look like a decent game.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

I was actually asking about the Weixing versus Kreanga match. Didn't they play in the finals?

Tat you forgot you also learned how to seal blades and why its important!

NB, I did mean to post here and tell you what a great job you did after I watched your vids, but I slipped up. So I tell you now. And yes the Wiexing Krenga Final would be great to see thanks mate!

thanks for posting this. I'm not a big Kreanga fan, but he does go all out...have to give him some respect for that :)
