Hi,

New member researching long pips play. I noticed several references to Solja but not much video so here is a link to the European Youth Top 10 2008. At least two Solja matches against Molnar and Pettersson.

Sorry if this has been posted before.

Hi fiveplyian, thanks for posting the vids link. Although I have seen these vids before, but it is still refreshing to watch her play again and again.

Do you play with long pips on back hand? Do you play like her? Or you are simply a nice person to post these vids for our enjoyment?

I play long pip on BH and don't play like Sonja. I stand back about 2 feet, chop with either BH or forehand to create push back and move in to kill, mostly with my BH long pip.

I am two winged inverted attacker but I coach. This site has got lots of good info on pimples play that's building my knowledge of how to use short, medium and long pips properly. Got some students who use them.

I was reading some threads on frictionless play and got the impression people hadn't seen much full-game video of frictionless play.

Welcome to our dark side, this site is really a good friendly place to learn and chat about pip rubbers.

Oh, we have seen most of the frictionless play matches that is available from the internet. If the match is on, this forum members will find it and post the link. However, because of the band of frictionless pips soon, we have dedicate more time and topics on friction pips now.
